Here’s a Look at 007’s Latest Wheels for Spectre
It is time we meet the next Bond gadget – the Aston Martin DB10. This insane looking car was revealed on the 007 stage at the historic Pinewood Studios, all geared up to be Daniel Craig’s ride for the next Bond flick. The Aston Martin DB10 has been designed in collaboration between Aston Martin and the film’s producers. The car arrived on December 4 for the official naming ceremony of the new James Bond film, declared as ‘Spectre’.
Hence, the DB10 will be the car for Bond’s 24th big-screen outing, due in mid-2015. Director Sam Mendez lifted the veil off the DB10 with a promise – “you will see what it can do when you come and see the movie.”
Aston Martin describes the DB10 as a model developed specifically for the film and built in-house by the brand’s design and engineering teams and there will be only 10 of these beauties produced, three of which have so far been built. The company notably also adds that “the DB10 gives a glimpse to the future design direction for the next generation of Aston Martins.”
So far, no other technical details have been revealed barring its looks. Defining its beauty in words would be an understatement, it exhibits Bond’s legacy and retains Aston Martin’s class. Take a good look at its curves and tailor-made alloy wheels. There have been several other important announcements; the sultry Monica Belucci bagged the role of the iconic Bond girl. While Ralph Fiennes (M), Naomie Harris (Moneypenny), Ben Whishaw (Q) and Rory Kinnear (Tanner) will also mark their return for the next Bond flick. Other stars include two-time Oscar Winner Christoph Waltz, Léa Seydoux and Dave Bautista.
