Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II Debuts in India Today

Back at the Geneva Auto Show that took place earlier this year, the Rolls-Royce stole the event with the launch of its new Ghost Series II. Now, the company has launched the updated facelift today in India, the Ghost Series II.

The new Ghost Series II has undergone subtle changes on the exterior and interior along with a few additions to the options list, unlike the 2012 version. The highly efficient Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II includes refreshed LED lights, new bonnet, bumpers and front air intakes surrounded by chrome.

Other tweaks comprise of restyled electronic adjustments and heating options. A newly designed infotainment system has been incorporated inside the cabin along with a 10-inch multimedia screen with a touchpad controller for infotainment. The leather and Alcantara-festooned interior can be customised in infinite combinations according to the owner’s taste and wants.

The new Rolls-Royce will continue to run with an acclaimed 6.6-litre V12 engine. The gargantuan motor makes 563PS of power and a whopping 780Nm of torque. The eight-speed satellite-guided transmission preselects the gears based on the road conditions ahead. Rolls-Royce claims that the Ghost Series II can do the 0-100 km/h sprint in just 4.7 seconds, and can reach an electronically limited top speed of 250 kmph.

Rolls-Royce has launched the new Ghost Series II in India at Rs 4.5 crore ex-showroom.
