Maruti Suzuki Swift Facelift to Come Out This November
The premium hatchbacks are all about makeovers this year. We already saw the revamped Volkswagen Polo, Fiat Punto and Hyundai i20 coming in their new avatars. Now Maruti Suzuki will bring out its superstar with some facial reconstruction. The new Maruti Suzuki Swift Facelift is slated to come out in the month of November this year.
The tried and tested exteriors will get some minimal makeover and is expected to come in with some cool new features. The stand out feature of the new car is going to be the L shaped LED’s. The car will also get revised fog lamps and new silver elements on the bumper. The car is expected to get a stop-lamp design, much like its European sibling. The top variant is anticipated to get alloy wheels. It may also get a new Boost Blue metallic shade.
The interiors of the Swift Facelift are also expected to get some upgrades. The seats are apparently getting some color strokes with blue and grey fabric. The front windows are to get auto-up touch functions along with start-stop button and electronically adjustable side view mirrors.
There aren’t going to be a lot of updates under the hood of the new Swift. The engine options of .3-litre multijet diesel and 1.2-litre K-Series petrol will stay on as before. It is strange that Maruti chose a later date for the release of the swift. Maybe they want to wait till the dust settles down from the big number of releases in the month of August. The car is a darling of the Indian populace so they are expecting the enthusiasts to show up for buying day as they have done before.
