Skoda Updates Rapid Saloon

Skoda has updated its line-up for the Rapid Saloon. The Rapid comes in only two variants, Ambition Plus and Elegance. The Rapid Ambition Plus comes with dual front airbags and ABS, an audio system with USB, aux, MP3, Bluetooth and SD card compatibility, steering-mounted audio controls and 14-inch steel wheels. There’s also an optional leather package available which includes leather-wrapped seat covers, gearknob and steering wheel.

The top end variant Elegance adds 15″ alloy wheels and projector headlamps. Skoda has launched a new online booking platform, bookyourskodaonline.com, that enables you to book any Skoda online. The carmaker states that there is a minimum booking amount of Rs 5000, which is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled. Once the online booking is done, the balance amount needs to be paid to your chosen dealership.
