Audi RS 7 Sportback Hits the Indian Roads

The German luxury car maker Audi has launched the latest sports cars, RS 7 Sportback in India. The car is on sale right now and comes at a cost of Rs. 1.40 crore (ex-showroom Delhi and Mumbai).

The RS 7 Sportback is a delight for sporty folks as it features a powerful four-liter V8 engine. Other features include cylinder on-demand technology, Quattro drive and intelligent lightweight design. The Audi India Head, Joe King said at the launch, “This beautifully superior car has delighted many customers since its launch last year and we are confident that the new Audi RS 7 Sportback will further entrench our brand as the leader in the luxury sportscar segment in India.”

King highlighted more about the Sportback saying the LED headlamp cluster dynamically alters the high beam on a real-time basis with the sole aim of not dazzling the oncoming traffic and the vehicle(s) in the front.

As per the company, the RS 7 Sportback is powered by a twin-turbo V8 4.0 (TFSI) engine that is capable of producing 41kW (560 hp) and 700 Nm of torque. It is 15 percent lighter than other vehicles made of all-steel. The sports car consumes 9.8 liters of fuel per 100 km.
