Bajaj Revamps Their Discover Line-Up with The F150 and 150S Release

Bajaj will bring its discover series into the badass range with a 150 cc engine and stud fairing. The bikes called the Discover F150 and 150S will be launched on August 11. Previously the Discover 150 DTSi was Bajaj’s first effort into bringing a powerful engine in the commuter range. If priced right, the two releases will surely pose a threat to other commuters.

The fairing design seems inspired by big sibling and grand-daddy of Indian muscle, the Pulsar. The Discover 150S is a naked version of the F150. The bikes keep some remembrance of the commuter origins like the flat seat.

Both the bikes will be powered by a150 cc four valve DTS-I engine with an expected power delivery of 14 PS.  The two bikes will have five speed transmissions.  The 150S will be launched in two variants, one with a drum brakes and one with disk brakes in the front.

The bikes will be positioned between the Pulsar and the Discover 125. The 150 S is supposedly going to be priced at Rs.60,000 and the F150 will cost slightly higher at Rs. 70,000 more than the 150 S.
