Royal Enfield Launches Despatch Rider-Inspired Motorcycles
For years, Royal Enfield has been synonymous with premium motorcycles and has remained a style icon for decades. A discussion on bikes is incomplete without tossing the name ‘Royal Enfield’ into the mix. The legend of Royal Enfield is so widespread, that it has become a staple of today’s Punjabi songs.
Today, the company has announced the price of its limited edition range of motorcycles inspired by Despatch riders. The bike is available in two color variants – Desert Storm Despatch and Squadron Blue Despatch.
The motorcycles come with an exclusive signature camouflage pattern and a distinctive embossed hallmark detailing the particulars of its manufacture. According to the manufacturer, what makes each Despatch motorcycle unique is the use of a unique film transfer technique. The technique uses a delicate and precise hands-on process to transfer the camouflage pattern on the motorcycle’s skin, making each motorcycle to be only one of its kind to ever to roll out of the factory.
Each Despatch comes with genuine Italian leather seats accompanied by a classic leather buckle strap to hold the air filter box. Inspired by the stealthy, non-reflective paint on the engines of the original Despatch Rider motorcycles, the bike gets a matte black paint on the engine, exhaust and silencer.
The bookings will start at 10 a.m. on July 15th at store.royalenfield.com
