Audi Brings the Q3 Dynamic Quattro to India

The Q3 is one of Audi’s most popular cars in India. According to the company, it is the largest selling luxury SUV here. Now the company is bringing a dynamic Quattro variant of the SUV and the car is said to have some world class features.
The new Audi Q3 Dynamic Quattro is powered by a 2.0 liter TDI engine. It generates 174 BHP of power. The car is all-wheel drive and is mated to a 7 –speed dual clutch gearbox.

The car also gives options for drive selection. It is called Audi Drive Select, and it offers three modes; comfort, auto and dynamic. The automatic mode adjusts the suspensions directly without driver’s intervention as per road condition and driving style. A softer drive quality is delivered from the Comfort mode, and a stern drive feel can be experienced from the Dynamic mode. Audi Drive Select will be standard in two of the three grades.

Along with the internal upgrades, the car also gets some physical updates too. It gets an all-new dynamic suspension for rough road conditions. It gets clear lens tail lamps, 17-inch alloy wheels, off-road style package, panoramic sunroof, roomy interior, Xenon headlamps, exemplary workmanship. The interiors are supposedly borrowed from the Premium+ variant.

For infotainment, the Q3 offers the Audi Sound system with 10 Speakers including a subwoofer. It also has voice dialogue system, a 5.8-inch Retractable MMI screen, concert radio, Audi music interface and Bluetooth with audio streaming.

Audi India head, Joe King, said, “The Audi Q3 is the only true compact luxury SUV in India which offers Quattro all-wheel drive. The Quattro technology not only adds to the car’s off-road capability but also provides more traction, enhances driving pleasure.”

This seems like a great new updated version of the SUV that has already proved its mettle in the market. The drive and physical updates will make this car attractive to the customers and also pose a serious challenge to the competition. The car is priced at Rs. 38.40 lakh (ex-showroom Mumbai), While the Audi Q3 range starts at Rs. 25.49 lakh.
